Summer Sushi Party

There is more to vegan sushi than avocado or cucumber rolls! We will create fun, colorful and delicious sushi, and use it as the centerpiece of a well-balanced meal made from authentic Japanese ingredients. You will finally find a use for that bamboo sushi roller that you won at a “Secret Santa” party five years ago!

We all want to be healthy and create meals that make us feel good, but who has the time? You do. Seriously. We will show you how to prepare delicious meals that keep you satisfied, balanced, and ready to roll! One of the tricks to Fresh, Fast & Healthy meals is mastering the tools you have in your kitchen. So come learn!

July 26th & 27th

Local and Seasonal Summer Foods

In Southern California, we’re given the gift of one of the longest and most abundant growing seasons in the world! So let’s take advantage of what we’ve got! We will use fresh Summer ingredients from the farmer’s market, so you’ll feel like a pro the next time you stroll down the aisles to choose that perfect ear of corn.

August 2nd & 3rd

Incredible Summer Picnic!

In this class we will show you how to create incredible-tasting foods that you can take to the park, the beach, or wherever you decide have your picnic! And we'll make sure the foods are not too messy, so you won't need to pack a change of clothes in your picnic basket! A few items from this week's menu!

August 9th & 10th

Gourmet Meals on a Budget!

You can still eat well, and get the most out of your meals, even if "The Man" didn't give you much of a tax refund! There are tricks to making gourmet foods that will impress any guest without having to crack open your piggy bank. We will show you how to stretch that dollar to feed yourself and your friends!

August 16th & 17th

Mediterranean Feast!

This class will be so festive that we may just have to fling a plate at the wall and yell, "O-pa!" We will prepare delicacies that will whisk our taste buds to the shores of the Mediterranean, and we'll feel the warm sand beneath our tootsies! Mediterranean foods celebrate the simplicity of vegetables and grains, and we will teach you to do the same, Spork-style!

August 23rd & 24th

A Trip to Thailand!

Did you ever wish you could cook authentic Thai food without making sauce from a fish? In this class you will be delighted to learn how fun and easy it is to create these exotic dishes at home, fish sauce free! You won't have to order take-out anymore! We love the smells and tastes of Thailand, and we know you will go crazy for the foods in this class!

September 6th & 7th

Decadent Vegan Desserts!

This class will make you think you've won the golden ticket! We will bake, blend, and dip until we make even Willy Wonka and Little Debbie jealous. Be prepared for an intense, indulgent experience that will transform you into a vegan dessert expert.

September 13th & 14th

Indian Foods Class!

We will capture the exotic smells and flavors that make Indian food so darn delish, and create dishes that are simple to make in your home kitchen! We are huge fans of Indian cuisine and we have developed recipes that allow you to feel confident when delving into this daunting cuisine.

September 27th & 28th

French Cuisine Class!

Ooh la la - French cuisine without the butter or crème! In this class we will create traditional French recipes with all the savoire faire of France, but none of the heart-stopping ingredients. You will leave feeling light as a feather, and more French than Gerard Depardieu!
