We generally host 12-14 students per class, with some larger format classes featuring special guests.
Classes usually consist of a four-course meal, and we begin with an introduction and overview of the recipes. Then we get to cooking. Classes are mostly demonstration with some hands-on participation. After the cooking portion all students sit at the dining table and enjoy the meal together.
Yes. A single class is usually $80, unless otherwise specified.
Purchase a package of three classes for $220 (savings of $20) OR a package of five classes for $370 (savings of $30).
Class packages must be used within one year of purchase and are intended for one person only. All class packages must be paid up-front with no refunds or exchanges.
All cooking classes are approximately 2 ½ hours in length.
All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $12 per class. Weekend classes (Saturday) must be cancelled by the Tuesday before class by 6pm for a future class credit or partial refund. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If recipes are lost, if requested, we will mail them to you for a $10 service charge per packet. We do not e-mail recipes.
Our classes are designed for people of all cooking levels. You’ll learn how to care for your health, and prepare delicious food for those you love. We will give you the knowledge and skills to be a confident cook if you’re new to cooking, or master new skills even if you’re a seasoned chef.
Yes! Purchase a single class, or class packages for your loved ones. Please check out our gift certificate page for more details. Gift certificates may be used for any class of the recipient’s choosing and do not need to be for a specific class.
