Family Friendly Recipes Fundraising Cooking Class – Sunday April 18th
Date: Sunday, April 18th
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. PST
Join us for a live, interactive cooking class featuring a few of our favorite Spring dishes that will please the whole family! ALL proceeds from this class will benefit our friend Patrick Mwala in Kenya whose Mwalua Wildlife Trust is doing incredible wildlife rescue, protection, reforestation, and bringing animals water in times of drought in Tsavo Park. Because of his heroic efforts lions, elephants, gazelles, giraffes, antelope and zebras are returning to the area. Covid-19 has made it challenging to bring water to the animals and protect them at the same time. We are inspired to raise as much money for Patrick and the wild animals in Tsavo park as we can. This donation will protect animals who are at risk of poaching by providing rangers the tools they need to safeguard wildlife in the park at all hours. Let us help inspire you in the kitchen, as we also celebrate and honor our friend Patrick who is doing incredible work! He will be joining us virtually from Kenya to speak briefly before we start cooking about his amazing efforts that have been recognized all over the world!
In lieu of paying for the class we ask that you donate any amount of money that’s comfortable to you via the donation link below. Our goal is to raise 10K, let’s do it together!
We will send the recipes and Zoom details about a week before class.
